The bubbling humidifiers for oxygen therapy series CH/200, TR/200, MAK/300 and MAK/500 are devices used to increase the relative humidity in the treatments with medical oxygen, both in hospital and at home. Medical oxygen, as it is normally supplied from hospital plant outlets or cylinders, has not a sufficient degree of humidity to be physiologically tolerated by the patient’s airways without collateral consequences. Hence the need to add on oxygen supply devices, such as the flowmeters, suitable devices for the humidification of the gas during dispensing. Humidifiers for oxygen series CH/200, TR/200, MAK/300 and MAK/500 are manufactured with both the transparent jar and the cover with bubbler in polycarbonate. All fitments are in brass and they can be sterilized in autoclave at 121 °C for 15 min. They guarantee, in conjunction with flowmeters Rs and EASYMED®, an easy use and great versatility, combined with an extreme economy. They are supplied in different options of capacity (200 ml, 300 ml and 500 ml) and with optional threads in the input connections, this to satisfy the most varied requirements and needs. The model TR/200 can also be realized in PSU where higher value of sterilization temperature is requested (134 °C - 18 min.).

Containers for liquids MAK / 1000 and MAK / 2000 are designed for the collection of organic liquids and are used for aspiration in operating rooms and intensive care wards in the presence of a centralized vacuum or gas supply. These models have a capacity of 1000, 2000 and 4000 ml.
Collecting containers MAK / 300 and MAK / 500 are designed for work with small volumes of liquid and "high-flow vacuum". It is possible to install a cover with an antibacterial filter for models with a capacity of 300 ml and 500 ml in a standard version,. Devices are generally designed for liquid collecting or for protecting the equipment in the event of failure of the main safety valve. The vessel and lid are made of polycarbonate, fittings – of brass, an ergonomic screw device made of high-strength polycarbonate. All parts are sterilized in an autoclave (at 121 ° C - 15 min.). MAK containers provide ease of use, versatility and economy in combination with vacuum regulators EASYVAC.
Collecting containers of large capacity work with a "high-flow vacuum" and are available in 1000 ml versions with a screw cap, 2000 ml with a twisting and pressing cap, 4000 ml -with an indentation. Lids with a threaded connector can be supplied directly to the vacuum regulator for variants of 1000 ml and 2000 ml. The vessel and cover are made of polycarbonate, two direct input / output connectors are built into the housing (except for variants with a direct connector to the vacuum regulator - nipple from chrome-plated brass and polycarbonate connecting nut).
All containers are equipped with a bypass valve, two spare elbow connectors to facilitate the connections between the containers, the suction circuit and the patient, are autoclaved (121 ° C - 15 minutes). If higher sterilization temperatures are required, the containers are made from polysulfone (134 ° C - 18 min.). An external graduated scale gives an idea of the level of filling. In combination with a variety of support systems and accessories available on request, collecting MAK containers ensure simplicity, versatility and economy in use.
Disposable containers MONOKIT are used to collect aspirated biological fluids. They are designed for work with "high-flow vacuum"/ They are the most practical and safe units for hospital facilities and the environment, thanks to the use of high-quality materials. They consist of an external rigid reusable vessel and a disposable soft liner hermetically welded to the lid, in which there are ports for connection to the suction loop and to the patient. The mechanical bypass valve or antibacterial and hydrophobic blocking filter is made of GORETM Medical Membrane. Graduated scale on external vessel allows to monitor the volume of collected fluid. The sealed lid makes the device hygienic, convenient and safe to use, both for the patient and medical staff.
The devices are manufactured in strict accordance with European standards, the requirements of Directive 93/42 / EEC and the international and national standards of certification bodies, EN ISO 13485.

The flowmeters type Rs are instant flow measuring devices suitable for the dosage of medical gases, in this case oxygen and medical air. They can be produced in version with pressure compensated or not compensated, and manufactured with single flow tube. The flowmeters type Rs fit a needle valve with a knob in color code for the immediate identification of the supplied gas. The body is manufactured in chrome-plated brass with metal fittings.
The measurement group is made of high resistance polycarbonate, making this device ideal for the toughest applications. They are also available in different solutions of pressure calibration, various options of scale, normal or extended (L version) to allow a better reading of the indicated values. Several options are proposed concerning the threaded connections, inlet or outlet, offering an endless variety of combinations to meet all application requirements.

The flowmeters type EASYMED® are top-quality instant flow measurement devices with calibrated orifices for regulating the dosage of medical gases, particularly oxygen in oxygen therapy. They are manufactured with an integrated pressure reducer for the supplied pressure stabilization and with the outlet fitting with thread adapted to the various required applications. The body is made of impact-resistant polymer with brass plated fittings, while a large ergonomic control knob allows an operator smooth drive for the selection of an oxygen supply value between the 10 possible options. The calibration of the oxygen flow is ensured by orifices got on a metal support with the laser technology. The small size structure and the particular technical configuration allow the EASYMED® “dial” flowmeters to be able to supply flows of medical gas with extreme accuracy, oxygen in this case, even in the most difficult conditions, such as in emergency mobile units. They do not need, compared to conventional variable area flowmeters having vertical indicator, to be always and only used in the upright position.

The mixer performs precise mixing of the oxygen-air mixture. Control of the accuracy of the mixer and the oxygen concentration created by it in the inhaled mixture is carried out using a special oxygen sensor. The oxygen sensor analyzes the oxygen content in the respiratory mixture after mixing and displays the value on a digital display. The principle of operation of the sensor is based on a change in the physico-chemical properties of the mixture depending on the oxygen concentration. The O2 sensor is located at the outlet of the respiratory mixture from the respirator, which allows for accurate monitoring of the oxygen content before it is delivered to the patient.
The device is connected to the medical gas supply system using hoses designed for the appropriate type of gas. The mixer can be equipped with a humidifier.
A metal rail serves to locate and secure various devices, for example, a basket for installing intravenous infusion bottles or a shelf for an infusion pump near the patient's bed. If the device is not equipped with its own clamp, a special fixing clamp is used to set the desired height on the rail.
Suspended rod is mounted to the cantilever or wall medical rail or rod holder.
A basket with four bottle holders is mounted on the suspension bar. Basket for installing bottles of intravenous infusion. The basket for infusion solutions consists of four bottle holders and is mounted on the suspension rod.
The height of the installation on the rod is set by means of a fixing clamp. Special holders for bottles can also be used.
They are used for fastening accessories of consoles and additional equipment.
The medical rail is made of stainless steel or aluminum and is used for fastening medical equipment and gas distribution systems. The cross-section of the rail is 25x10 mm. The rail can be attached directly to the wall or to wall-mounted medical consoles. The medical rail has connections for equipotential bonding.
The medical rail can be equipped with:
The length of the rail can be specified when ordering. Both ends of the rail have a plug.
Variants of execution:
Infusion holders serve to suspend up to 4 infusion bags and bottles. They can be attached to all types of bridge bridges, ceiling mounts, wall brackets or directly on the wall. They are widely used and are an integral part of the equipment of intensive care units and departments of anesthesiology and resuscitation.
Two lines of infusion tripods:
Another solution for holding the bottles during therapy is the crossbeams.
