One of main requirements for compressor stations for any medical institutions is the high quality of the produced air. To solve this problem, WestMedGroup LLC offers a wide range of modern HOSPITAIR G screw compressors (manufactured by MIL'S, France).
The system, consisting of 2 or 3 compressors, compressed air adsorption dryers, air receivers, final filtration and reduction units, ensures a stable uninterrupted supply of compressed air even during maintenance and repair. In addition, the system is completely autonomous and automatically monitored around the clock, thanks to which the control unit ensures an even distribution of the load between the compressors. That, in turn, reduces the overall energy loss. The adsorption dryer obtain the compressed air of the 1st purity class for three main types of pollution in accordance with GOST R ISO 8573-1-2016 (for solid particles, for humidity, for the total oil content). The minimum humidity level of the purified compressed air corresponds to a dew point of -70°C.
For the convenience of placing a compressed air source on a separate site outside the building, HOSPITAIR G compressor stations can be manufactured in containers equipped with lighting, heating and air conditioning systems.
